Rates, Booking, & Availability

Fortunate View Summer Home is available for rent from June through to the end of September. A minimum rental of one (1) week is requested at a rental rate of $1400/week. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking your reservation with us with the remaining balance due 30 days before your arrival. Payment options include e-Transfer, cash or credit card (which requires an additional 3.5% fee).  A 10% discount will apply for all rentals greater than 2 weeks in duration. 

Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with check-in requested after 3:00 p.m. and check-out by 10:00 a.m.

Pets are negotiable but an additional fee may apply.

This is a smoke free home.

Cancellation policy: 60 days prior to arrival = 100% refund; 30-60 days prior to arrival = 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival.
